The client-oriented attitude and the satisfaction of its demands lie at the foundation of the entire company development strategy. The technical support and consultancy offered at the siege of the client, the continuous quality improvement, the observance of delivery terms and taking-over or delivering the tools to the siege of the client are considered as priorities within ASCO TOOLS.

Being permanently in contact with the opportunities offered by the business environment diversification, ASCO TOOLS has become a leader in PVC, aluminium, and other non-ferrous material tool processing production and commercialisation, by adapting its technology and production flow to this new challenge. The PVC and aluminium work market, relatively young in Romania, has known such a rapid and large development that, during 6 years, the tool production intended within this activity field has reached approximately 30% of the plant turnover.

During the past 15 years, the wood processing industry was shaken. The revolution was a very large one, starting from the tool diversification and specialization, the construction field modernization, and being completed by means of the fundamental change - furniture design. ASCO TOOLS has been challenged to continuously find or invent unique solutions or new tool types, for the multitude of arisen problems. This rush and continuous contact with our customers and with the related market has conducted, year after year, to other inventions and innovations realised by ASCO TOOLS and unanimously recognized and rewarded with numerous prizes and diplomas by the field specialists.

Increasing the production capacity, as well as ensuring a European standard quality, required our company to develop collaboration relationships with different tool production companies on the external market. Subsequent to the accession of Romania in the European Union, our hopes regarding the export increase started to substantiate, so that 10% of the turnover is realised out of exports during the next 3 years.

As far as PVC-processing tool production is concerned, 20% out of it is already intended for export.

Experienced engineers and nonconformist designers are permanently under conflict, thus, enabling the creation of several new tools, special solutions, inventions, and innovations during the last years.

Technical Endowment Description:

In order to obtain quality products, we are endowed with ultimate CNC machines, so that all operations (canting, facing, milling, forming) need to be very accurate. We have also set up a Haimer laser dynamic balancing machine, as well as a Zoller electronic microscope, in view of realised tools' testing and control. Throughout a specialized software, the mills are designed, by taking into account the safety and work protection measures, to be observed during exploitation.

By continuing the tradition, during 2007, we will carry on the implementation of a large investment project, aiming at quality improvement and cost reduction.
